I’ve managed to get the internet connection working on the laptop… it has been rather frustrating not having a proper connection while we’ve been in the UK and as I mentioned in my previous post somethings you just can’t do on a phone!

Anyway while I have this connection going I thought I’d update you on what’s been happening over here in England. As you know currently we are staying in a fairly remote place on a farm and while it’s been nice to have a view of the country side of things, I’m we’re ready to move into our own place… I miss our own furniture and especially all my kitchen gadgets! I’ve been very limited in cooking here as we have a tiny tiny fridge (freezer doesn’t work) and a very small kitchen with limited equipment to cook. So I’m really in need of a proper meal! Speaking of meals, we’ve decided to eat out this week at a pub that is right near where we are staying. It’s supposed to have excellent food and some great views, not sure if we will have a chance to experience the views but I’m looking forward to the food.

We’ve also had some pretty decent weather these past few days, the sun is even shining, although it is still chilly but no rain which is a plus! We took advantage of the nice weather this weekend and headed out to see Warwick Castle. There is a castle right in the middle of the city we’re living in! Isn’t that crazy! I mean we can even walk there from our new apartment!

We got there a little late though and weren’t able to see everything as you have to pay to get into the main part of the castle and we only had 20 minutes before they closed to the public and didn’t think it was worth paying for only that amount of time. We decided to go back for another visit later but in the mean time Joe snapped some photos on the way in… so I’ll leave you with those pictures for now.

Hope you enjoy!
