Apple Chia Pudding with Kiwi
A few years ago I stumbled upon a recipe for chia pudding and ever since then I’ve loved making and eating them. I don’t have them on a regular basis, but every now and then I get a craving for one and make a small batch. I recently made an apple chia pudding and topped it with some kiwi fruit. Kiwi fruit is in season right now and I love the taste of it. The apple and the kiwi in this chia pudding work perfectly since the apple is sweet and the kiwi is kind of tart. [Read more…]
Raw Almond Butter Coconut Balls
Spring is in the air! I can’t tell you how GOOD it feels to see the sun out and to feel it on your skin when you walk outside. When you live in a country like England that’s known for it’s bad weather (dark, cold and a lot of rain) you can’t help but smile and appreciate a nice sunny day. I can’t really remember what the weather was like this time last year but when I asked Joe he said it was still very cold. We had a great Summer last year though and I’m keeping my fingers crossed that this year will be the same. Fresh Herb Cauliflower Rice
In my last post I mentioned that I have been on a bit of a sardine eating kick, and so I’ve been thinking up different ways to eat them.
