Ever since I gave up drinking coffee (for the most part!) I’ve been drinking more and more herbal teas. I have a large collection of different teas at home so there’s never a chance that I might get sick of having just one kind! I usually drink a cup in the morning and sometimes I might have a mint tea after one of my meals or drink some chamomile tea before bed. In the mornings I usually drink Rooibos tea, which is a great alternative to coffee. Anyway I was recently flipping through my copy of this book which I LOVE and recommend for anyone living this paleo/primal lifestyle… especially for the newbies! It had been a while since I had many any of the recipes in the book (when you’re a food blogger working on your own recipes can take up time!), but when I was flipping through it recently and saw a recipe for tea gummies I definitely wanted to try it out!
